We realize that picking the right Leather Furniture can be difficult and even a little scary, so our process is pressure free and our team will provide the information you need to make the best decision for you.
We love what we do because we don't focus on selling. Our team is committed to being of service first and letting the product sell itself. We will go to work for you, without any sales games :)
The best way to understand our leathers is to see them first hand. We'll send out samples of our leathers free of charge and educate you on the nuances of our Full Grain and Top Grain Leathers.
Need different dimensions or configuration not shown? Our reasonable custom fees and unique process allow our customers to get exactly what they need, all without adding extra production time.
Ordering as "Leather TBD" is popular for customers wanting to get their order into the production queue, even while waiting on samples to confirm leather selection. When ordering as Leather TBD, you can take up to 2 weeks to make a final leather selection without slowing down production of your order. Simply select "Leather TBD" in the Leather Option list for the product you are ordering. We’ll confirm that option with you after you order, then begin production of your order.
What if it takes more than 2 weeks to make a final leather selection? No problem! It will add production time to your order, but we'll never rush you to decide!
Here are the Steps:
Select the options such as the leather, length, depth, etc. then add your items to cart and head to checkout. If you'd like one of us to be on the line while you order, open a chat, or call us at 877-888-7632 and we'll be happy to!
Use this area in checkout for any custom options & requests or notes we give you to enter. They are the first thing we look for and will be included in our Detailed Confirmation Process after you submit an order.
Once you submit an order, we'll check for Customer Notes then hand-type a line by line detail of your order for review. There's nothing we can't fix or adjust during this process. Once you confirm your order we'll begin production!
Once you've confirmed your order we're on our way! Within 24-48 hours after ordering you'll see a 50% deposit charged to your payment method. We'll charge the remaining 50% balance when we're releasing the order to the shipping carrier. For any In-Stock or Overstock items, we will process the full balance right about the time that the order ships

Production of our furniture is currently taking approximately 10 weeks from the time an order is confirmed, and White Glove Delivery will take approximately 10-14 business days nationwide. Here is an overview of our order process:
Right away, our craftsmen begin to construct your solid hardwood frame and specific leather hides are allocated to your order for cutting
Our process is fairly quiet as your furniture awaits its turn on the upholstering line, with updates beginning about a week before your order is ready to ship
About 10-14 days before completion your order will enter the final stage of production when final upholstery and sewing/fitting of cushions will occur
Once construction of your furniture is completed, we'll notify you about the anticipated pickup date for your order
About the time your order is picked up by the delivery carrier we'll send a few photos taken just before packaging
Once pickup has occurred, we'll send a tracking email and your delivery will take approximately 10-14 business days
Production times are approximate and there are a few scheduled factory closures every year that do add time to production
